O‘ZBEKISTONDAGI YOSHLARNING MADANIY QARASHLARINI EMPIRIK TAHLILI

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistondagi talaba yoshlarning madaniy yo‘nalishlari va qadriyatlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan empirik
tadqiqot natijalari keltirilgan. Asosan 19 - 22 yoshdagi 60 nafar respondent (75% o‘zbeklar) o‘rtasida o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnoma
asosida kollektivizm, hokimiyat masofasi, noaniqlikdan qochish, oilaviy qadriyatlar hamda etnik identifikatsiya ko‘rsatkichlari
tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari kollektivizmning yuqori darajasi (85% - kuchli oilaviy yo‘nalish), kattalarga hurmat (90%),
an’anaviy qadriyatlarning ustuvorligi (88%) va oilaning respondentlar hayotidagi markaziy o‘rni (88%) mavjudligini tasdiqladi.
Shu bilan birga, ma’lumotli shahar yoshlari orasida yanada egalitar qarashlarga moyillik tendensiyalari aniqlandi. Tadqiqot
modernizatsiya sharoitida madaniy qadriyatlar dinamikasini tushunishga hissa qo‘shadi hamda ta’lim, tashkilotlar va
madaniyatlararo muloqot uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beradi
