This article examines the development of Hanafi fiqh in Central Asia from the IX to XX centuries, as well as the history of
fatwas and fiqh treatises. The study analyzes fiqhical activity during the Mongol invasions, the Timurid and Shaybanid periods,
the compilation of sources and fatwa collections, their methodology, and socio-political significance. Additionally, the
dissemination of other madhhabs in the region and the practical application of Hanafi jurisprudence are considered. The article
elucidates the scholarly landscape of the era through a comparative analysis of sources in Arabic, Persian, and Turkic languages.
