THE CONTENT AND IMPORTANCE OF DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCES OF FUTURE NURSES IN A MULTINATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
This article analyzes the content, structural components and the importance of developing communicative competences of future
nurses in a multinational medical environment. As a result of globalization, migration processes and the internationalization of
medical services, nurses are faced with the need to effectively communicate with patients of different cultures, languages and
mentalities. Therefore, communicative competence is highlighted as a complex professional quality that includes not only speech
culture, but also intercultural communication, empathy, tolerance and professional ethics
