This study is devoted to investigating the distribution of Rhipicephalus ticks among domestic and wild animals in the Qashqadaryo
region. The results revealed the presence of Rhipicephalus sanguineus, R. turanicus, and R. rossicus, as well as their host-dependent
distribution and the infestation levels in animals. It was determined that the activity of Rhipicephalus ticks exhibits seasonal
dynamics directly related to air temperature, and the host selection patterns at different developmental stages were identified. The
obtained results are of significant scientific and practical importance for understanding the ecology of Rhipicephalus ticks and
developing effective control measures in livestock farming.
