BOR KIRITILGAN (8,0)@(17,0) IKKI QAVATLI UGLERODLI NANOTRUBKANING ELEKTR VA ISSIQLIK XUSUSIYATLARI
In this study, the effect of boron (B) atom doping on the electrical and thermal transport properties of double-walled carbon
nanotubes (DWCNTs) with (8,0)@(17,0) chirality was investigated. Boron atoms were introduced at various concentrations (ρ%),
and the transport mechanisms were analyzed under different temperature conditions. Variations in dopant concentration and
temperature affect charge distribution and phonon scattering, leading to significant modifications in the electrical and thermal
conductivity of the DWCNTs.
