This article is devoted to the theoretical methodology, pedagogical and psychological features of teaching the Russian language in
primary grades. In Russian language teaching lessons, the age, psychophysical and specific characteristics of students, including
their painful educational needs, are taken into account. Also, the implementation of teaching the Russian language in primary
grades, including taking into account special educational needs; - the use of educational technologies that reflect the specific
features of primary language education; - the use of information technologies in the field of primary language education are
discussed.
