TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDIVIDUAL’S CULTURAL LEVEL IN UZBEKISTAN UNDER SOCIAL REFORMS (IN THE CONTEXT OF THE HARMONY OF SCIENTIFIC AND MORAL CULTURE)
This article analyzes the trends in the development of an individual’s cultural level in Uzbekistan under conditions of social reforms
from the perspective of the harmony between scientific and moral culture. The study reveals socio-political and spiritual-
enlightenment factors that influence personal cultural development in modern society. The role of scientific culture in enhancing
intellectual potential and critical thinking is substantiated, while the importance of moral culture in shaping social responsibility
and civic engagement is also emphasized. Furthermore, the article scientifically demonstrates that integrating scientific knowledge
with national and universal moral values within the education system is a key condition for improving an individual’s cultural
level. The research findings are summarized based on socio-philosophical analysis, and practical recommendations are proposed.
