This article discusses the process of teaching primary school students in close connection with the environment, focusing on fostering a positive attitude toward nature and developing ecological thinking. Through the teaching of natural sciences, particular attention is paid to stimulating students’ interest in nature, cultivating care and responsibility, enhancing curiosity toward sciences, and developing skills to analyze natural phenomena and events. The article also highlights the possibilities of using modern pedagogical and educational technologies to ensure the integration of knowledge across various subjects while studying global environmental issues
