This article examines the pedagogical necessity of developing clinical reasoning competence in future doctors within the context of modern
medical education. Clinical reasoning is a core professional competence that determines diagnostic accuracy, effective decision-making,
and appropriate treatment planning. The theoretical framework of the study is based on constructivist learning theory, problem-based
learning (PBL), case-based learning, simulation-based training, and digital educational technologies.
