The article analyzes the theoretical and philosophical foundations of the social justice paradigm and poverty reduction within the
framework of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The nature of poverty, its socio-economic and cultural factors are examined from
a socio-ontological perspective. The article reveals the correlation between the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and socioeconomic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan. The mechanisms of social justice in the Uzbekistan-2030 Strategy and their
philosophical foundations are investigated. As a result of the research, inclusive, institutional and cultural-educational ways to eliminate
poverty are proposed
