This study is aimed at developing and scientifically substantiating a methodological approach to studying social network addiction (ITQ)
among student youth. ITQ was interpreted not as a separate behavioral deviation but as the product of a complex interplay of individual-
psychological, socio-contextual, and motivational factors. Psychodiagnostic methodologies were comparatively analyzed based on the
criteria of theoretical appropriateness, empirical validity, and psychometric quality.
