This article comprehensively analyzes the psychological features of the phenomenon of social stigma in women who have
experienced domestic violence. The study covers the content of the concept of stigma, its formation factors, and its impact on the
mental state of women who are victims of violence from a scientific, theoretical, and empirical perspective. In particular, it is
substantiated that stereotypes imposed by society, the formation of social rejection, blame, and shame negatively affect women's
self-esteem, mental stability, and social adaptation. The article also provides an in-depth analysis of depressive states, anxiety,
social isolation, and traumatic experiences resulting from social stigma.
