This article examines the development of digital competencies in higher education students. It analyzes the structure of digital
competence based on the European reference framework DigComp 2.2. The study concludes that blended learning and project-
based learning methods demonstrate the greatest effectiveness in developing digital competencies. Practical recommendations are
provided.
