The article presents a structural-functional model for preparing future specialists for professional activity based on a
constructivist approach. The model comprises five interrelated components - target, process, technological, diagnostic, and
outcome - which together form an integrated pedagogical system. The model's effectiveness is confirmed by the results of a
pedagogical experiment conducted in 2023–2026 at three universities in Uzbekistan.
