Authors

The aim of this study is to develop a pedagogical model for enhancing clinical-preventive thinking and epidemiological risk management
competencies in future physicians and to evaluate its effectiveness. The methodological framework is based on the competency-based
approach, clinical reasoning theory, and principles of digital pedagogy. The study employed case-based learning (CBL), problem-based
learning (PBL), simulation-based training, and digital educational platforms. The results demonstrated that in the experimental group,
clinical reasoning improved by 27%, epidemiological analysis skills by 31%, and preventive decision-making by 29%. The scientific
novelty of the research lies in the development of an integrative pedagogical model that ensures the synergistic formation of clinical-
preventive and epidemiological competencies. The proposed model can be effectively implemented in modern medical education systems
to improve the quality of professional training.
