IN SILICO ANALYSIS OF SOME DNA MARKERS IN THE COTTON GENOME (G. HIRSUTUM L.)

The article presents a virtual analysis using the G. hirsutum L. genome and some microsatellite DNA markers genetically
associated with valuable economic traits. The functions of the identified candidate genes and proteins are clarified based on the
interpretation of the research results of foreign scientists. These data open the way for the future development of gene-specific
primers based on valuable candidate genes and in-depth molecular studies.
