Maqolada G. hirsutum L. genomi hamda qimmatli xo‘jalik belgilariga genetik bog‘langan ayrim mikrosatellit DNK markerlardan
foydalanib, virtual tahlillar amalga oshirilgan. Identifikatsiya qilingan nomzod gen va oqsillarning funksiyalari xorij olimlari
tadqiqotlari natijalarini sharhlash asosida yoritildi. Ushbu ma’lumotlar kelgusida, qimmatli nomzod genlarga asoslangan gen-
spetsifik praymerlar tuzish va chuqur molekulyar tadqiqotlarni olib borishga keng yo‘l ochadi.
