DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADAPTIVE TEACHING METHODOLOGY BASED ON COGNITIVE LOAD ENGINEERING IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION
This article addresses the development of an adaptive teaching methodology based on cognitive load engineering in technical education. The study substantiates the necessity of presenting educational material in a structured, step-by-step, and logically consistent manner, taking into account learners’ cognitive capacities. A cognitive load trajectory based on the “theory–formula– technology–process” model is proposed, and its role in improving learning efficiency is analyzed
