This article presents the results of a geological and structural analysis based on structural maps of the Paleogene, Cretaceous, and
Jurassic deposits in the eastern part of the Surkhandarya megasyncline. The research was carried out using modern ArcGIS Pro
software, within which maps of reflecting horizons were generated and a three-dimensional (3D) structural model was
constructed. The developed 3D structural model made it possible to determine the depth variations of anticlinal zones within the
Paleogene, Cretaceous, and Jurassic sequences. Submeridionally trending anticlinal zones, deep-seated bounding faults, and
block-type structural features were identified within the study area. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the most
promising oil and gas prospective objects are predominantly associated with tectonically screened anticlinal structures.
