MODERN TRENDS IN EDUCATION AND THE PEDAGOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES
This article scientifically and theoretically analyzes the main trends observed in the modern education system, including digital
technologies, artificial intelligence, hybrid education, the STEAM approach, and the pedagogical significance of hard skills and
soft skills competencies. During the research, the processes of modern educational transformation, innovative pedagogical activity,
didactic approaches, and the influence of the digital environment on youth thinking were studied. In addition, the development
trends of modern education were highlighted based on the educational reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan and international
experiences. According to the research findings, it was substantiated that under the conditions of rapidly developing technologies,
the development of humanism, moral education, and communicative competencies should become a priority task of education.
