This scientific paper analyzes the transformation of political parties’ public relations systems in the context of globalization and digitalization. Using examples from the United States, European, and Asian countries, the study examines modern models of political communication, digital PR technologies, and the impact of social media on political processes. Particular attention is paid to the transition from traditional public relations approaches to interactive and data-driven communication models. The article also explores new strategic directions for political parties’ engagement with the public, including the use of Big Data technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms
