FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE THINKING OF STUDENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
The article is devoted to the problem of developing students' innovative thinking. This concept is analyzed and the author's definition is given. Two stages of the cognitive manifestation of innovative intellectual activity (cognitive and instrumental) are considered, its main features are highlighted (creative, scientific-theoretical, socially positive, constructive, transformative, pragmatic). Based on the characteristics of innovative thinking, the main educational tasks for its activation have been formed and methods for solving them in the field of disciplines have been proposed.
