In this study, the qualitative and quantitative composition of water-soluble vitamins in the aerial vegetative (stem) and generative (flower–seed) organs of Schoenoplectus lacustris subsp. hippolyti was determined using HPLC-DAD. Plant samples were collected from the Chirchiq area of the Tashkent region and prepared by extraction with 40% ethanol (n = 3). The results revealed the presence of vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, and C in the stem, with a total content of 12.12 mg/g, where vitamin B2 (67.78%) was dominant. In the generative organs, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, and C were detected, with a significantly higher total content of 54.83 mg/g; vitamin C (44.66%) and vitamin B6 were the predominant components. Vitamin B12 was not detected in either organ.
Comparative analysis demonstrated that the accumulation of water-soluble vitamins in generative organs was approximately 4.5 times higher than in vegetative parts. These findings confirm the presence of organ-specific metabolic features in this hydrophytic plant and highlight its potential as a promising source of biologically active compounds.
