STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS AND PSYCHOMETRIC CRITERIA OF SELF-WORKING SKILLS IN ATHLETES
The article examines athletes’ self-improvement skills and the psychometric properties of a questionnaire designed to assess them. The study involved 280 football and volleyball players aged 18–27. The 32-item questionnaire covers four components and demonstrates high reliability (α=0.92). The results showed that the athletes’ reflective and analytical skills were relatively underdeveloped.
