The article examines the relevance, theoretical foundations, components and pedagogical conditions for developing gender-sensitive management culture among preschool education leaders. This culture is interpreted as a comprehensive professional quality that enables leaders to create equal developmental opportunities for girls and boys, establish fair and inclusive relations within teaching teams, support employees’ professional growth, and promote balanced parental responsibility through cooperation with families. The study identifies cognitive, axiological, communicative, organizational-managerial and reflective components, as well as barriers, diagnostic criteria and levels of development. It substantiates the integration of gender analysis, case studies, mentoring, reflective activities, practical audits and projects into professional development programmes for preschool leaders.
