This article analyzes the role and effectiveness of the educological management model in the process of modernizing the higher education system. The author provides a scientific rationale for the necessity of transitioning from traditional administrative-command management of the educational process to a humanistic, systemic, and reflective approach. The research highlights the integration of pedagogical and management components of educological management, the creation of an innovative environment in higher education institutions, and mechanisms for ensuring the quality of education. In conclusion, proposals and recommendations for the practical implementation of the educological management model are presented.
