In the development of pharmacological agents and their introduction into clinical practice, it is essential to comprehensively
evaluate not only their primary therapeutic activity but also their effects on the vital systems of the body, including the central
nervous system. In the present experimental study, the effects of the C-4 composition on the functional state of the central nervous
system were investigated at a therapeutic dose of 10 mg/kg and at a dose of 20 mg/kg, which was twice the therapeutic dose. The
obtained results showed that the combined administration of the C-4 composition with sedative agents did not cause pronounced
adverse effects. At the same time, the composition was found to exhibit antagonistic properties against the pharmacological effects
of certain hypnotic agents, particularly chloral hydrate. These findings are of considerable scientific and practical importance for
evaluating the effects of the C-4 composition on the central nervous system and determining its safety profile.
