In this article, magnetic nanoparticles based on iron-group metals (Fe, Co, Ni) were synthesized using the chemical condensation method, and their size and crystal structure were investigated. The synthesized magnetic nanoparticles are in the form of metal ferrites - specifically FeFe2O4, CoFe2O4, and NiFe2O4 - and their sizes were examined using transmission electron microscopy, revealing dimensions in the range of approximately 10 - 50 nm. The consistency of this size with X-ray diffraction results was experimentally verified. Using these synthesized magnetic nanoparticles, several magnetic fluids with low concentrations and water as the base liquid medium were prepared. In addition, the electrical conductivity and magnetic susceptibility of magnetic fluids prepared at room temperature were measured. The obtained results are of significant importance for enhancing the future application of magnetic fluids and for the development of new materials
