This article presents a study of the antioxidant activity and adaptogenic properties of extracts obtained from peach leaves, St. John’s
wort, oregano, mint and yarrow, as well as their combined plant composition. Antioxidant activity was assessed by a
spectrophotometric method based on inhibition of adrenaline autooxidation at 347 nm. Adaptogenic activity was evaluated in mice
by the forced swimming test with a load. The obtained results show that all investigated extracts demonstrate biological activity,
while the combined composition has the most pronounced effect, especially at 200 mg/kg.
