RESULTS OF THE STUDY OF THE PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF NARTIUM ALGINATE
This article presents the results of studying the physicochemical properties of alginate: water solubility, viscosity, molecular weight,
gel-forming properties, charged carboxylate groups, sensitivity to pH, ionic strength, and changes in properties under the influence
of temperature.
