РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ИЗУЧЕНИЯ ФИЗИКО-ХИМИЧЕСКИХ СВОЙСТВ АЛЬГИНАТА НАРТИЯ
В данной статье представлены результаты исследования физико-химических свойств альгината: растворимости в воде,
вязкости, молекулярной массы, гелеобразующих свойств, заряженных карбоксилатных групп, чувствительности к pH,
ионной силе и изменениям свойств под воздействием температуры.
