Morning exercise is an important and necessary element in the life of any person regardless of age and occupation. It can improve not only the physical, but also the mental state of a person. Morning exercise increases 28 motor activity, reduces the negative effects of physical inactivity, contributes to the fruitful work of the whole organism.
