This article highlights the need to introduce innovative forms of continuous professional development, particularly for general secondary school teachers. It also highlights the content, essence, and conditions of this organization. Also, supervision was considered a means of ensuring teachers' continuous professional development through the effective use of their internal potential in improving their professional competence, based on their personal experiences, and the development of interpersonal skills.
