O‘ZBEKISTONDA IJTIMOIY XIZMAT KO‘RSATISH SOHASIDA RAQAMLI TEXNOLOGIYALARDAN FOYDALANISH HOLATI TAHLILI
This article examines the process of implementing digital technologies in the provision of social services in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its results, and future prospects. In particular, it analyzes the current state, quality, and accessibility of electronic services provided by the government to the population. The study explores the effectiveness, public engagement, and usage frequency of key digital platforms such as “my.gov.uz,” the “Dmed” healthcare digitalization system, and the “emaktab.uz” education platform. Additionally, it highlights major challenges in digital transformation, including internet infrastructure development, digital literacy, cybersecurity, and the integration of government services. The research employs an analytical approach based on data from open sources in Uzbekistan and provides key recommendations and solutions for further improvement of digital services.
