ZAMONAVIY O‘G‘IRLIK JINOYATLARI: KOMPYUTER VOSITALARI ORQALI SODIR ETILADIGAN HOLATLARNING JINOYAT-HUQUQIY TAHLILI
The article analyzes property crimes committed through computer means in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular, modern cases of theft, as defined in paragraph “b” of part 3 of article 169 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article considers thefts committed through digital technologies and the Internet, including cybercrimes, and ways to prevent them. The legal norms of Uzbekistan, as well as the systems for detecting, punishing and preventing these crimes based on international experience, are studied. The article presents proposals and approaches aimed at improving the legal order in combating crimes committed through computer technologies.
