БИОРАЗНООБРАЗИЕ ДРОЖЖЕЙ ПРИРОДНЫХ НИШ ФЕРГАНСКОЙ ДОЛИНИ
This article shows that yeast was studied for the first time by sampling from gardens, natural and artificial reservoirs and many food industry enterprises in the Fergana Valley. Based on the results of the research, various yeasts were discovered, identified and given a taxonomic description
