The article examines the use of business games in the educational process as an effective way to develop global competencies in students, along with its theoretical foundations, and analyzes the level of influence on the formation of key global skills such as decision-making, communication, critical thinking, and collaboration. Examples of using business simulation games in education are provided, and the necessary conditions for their effective application are indicated.
