THE EFFECT OF A MEDIUM CONTAINING HYALURONIC ACID ON THE FREQUENCY OF PREGNANCY AND LIVE BIRTH DURING THE TRANSFER OF EUPLOID EMBRYOS CULTURED IN A DRY INCUBATOR
The success of ART directly depends on many factors, including the quality of the embryos, the culture protocol and the media used. Hyaluronic acid (HA) has attracted attention as a component capable of improving the adhesion of the embryo to the endometrium, which, in turn, can increase the frequency of pregnancy and live births. The aim of the study was to assess the effect of an environment containing hyaluronic acid on the frequency of pregnancy and live birth during the transfer of euploid embryos cultured in a dry incubator. The study was conducted in 255 patients aged 19-44 years who underwent the transfer of a single euploid embryo. Before transfer, the blastocysts were incubated for 3 hours in one of two media. The main group consisted of an environment with GC content and a control group of an environment without GC. The results showed that the use of a medium with hyaluronic acid in a dry incubator is possible and can increase the frequency of pregnancy with the transfer of a single euploid blastocyst
