QURUQ INKUBATORDA YETISHTIRILGAN EUPLOID EMBRIONLARNI KO‘CHIRISHDA GIALURON KISLOTASI BO‘LGAN MUHITNING HOMILADORLIK VA TIRIK TUG‘ILISH HOLATLARIGA TA’SIRI

YRTning muvaffaqiyati to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri ko‘plab omillarga, shu jumladan embrionlarning sifatiga, stimulyatsiya protokoliga va ishlatiladigan muhitga bog‘liq. Gialuron kislotasi (GK) embrionning endometriyga yopishishini yaxshilaydigan komponent sifatida e’tiborni tortdi, bu esa o‘z navbatida homiladorlik va tirik tug‘ilish darajasini oshirishi mumkin. Tadqiqotning maqsadi quruq inkubator sharoitida o‘stirilgan euploid embrionlarni o‘tkazishda gialuron kislotasi bo‘lgan muhitning homiladorlik va tirik tug‘ilish darajasiga ta’sirini baholash edi. Tadqiqot 19-44 yoshdagi 255 bemorlarda o‘tkazildi, ularga bitta euploid embrion ko‘chirildi. O‘tkazishdan oldin blastotsistlar ikkita muhitdan birida 3 soat davomida inkubatsiya qilingan. Asosiy guruh GK tarkibiga ega bo‘lgan muhit va GK bo‘lmagan muhit nazorat guruhini tashkil etdi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, quruq inkubator sharoitida gialuron kislotasi muhitidan foydalanish - bitta euploid blastotsist o‘tkazilganda homiladorlik darajasini oshirishi mumkin.
