This article analyzes the issues related to the formation and development of students’ creative competence in the process of teaching the subject “Electricity and Magnetism”. Based on scientific research, it highlights modern pedagogical approaches, innovative teaching methods, and the effective use of information technologies applied in this area. In particular, the research conducted by scholars from foreign countries, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and our Republic has been studied. The results of the existing scientific approaches are examined, their effectiveness is analytically evaluated, and their impact on developing students’ independent thinking and problem-solving skills is demonstrated.
