This article offers a philological and theological analysis of a prose passage by Muhammad Riza Agahiy, written in the classical sajʿ (rhymed prose) style. The text indirectly glorifies several divine attributes of Allah - including power (al-Qadir), generosity (al-Karim), uniqueness (al-Wahid), wisdom (al-Hakim), and light (an-Nur) - through the symbolic depiction of a sultan. Agahiy not only praises the ruler but portrays him as a divine deputy on earth. The study identifies and examines rhetorical devices such as metaphor, antithesis, hyperbole, tajnis, and sajʿ, thereby uncovering the deeper semantic and aesthetic layers of the text. The passage is analyzed within the context of Islamic court literature and Sufi theological worldview.
