DIALECTIC OF CULTURE AND POLITICS - THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL APPROACHES
This article explores the dialectical relationship between culture and politics from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The author analyzes the formation of cultural policy, institutional frameworks, the role of digital transformation, and international experiences (Turkey, South Korea, France) through comparative analysis with the case of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is given to the assessment of cultural policy based on soft power strategy, creative industries, cultural diplomacy, and international indexes such as the Global Creativity Index (GCI), Cultural Diversity Index (CDI), and Soft Power Index.
