The article describes the mechanisms for implementing the strategy for achieving gender equality in our republic, the work being carried out to achieve equal rights and opportunities for women and men. Also, the tasks of educational institutions organized on the basis of a gender approach, the social development of the individual, and the issues of gender social adaptation in the process of educational dialogue are discussed.
