EMOTSIONAL INTELLEKT TUSHUNCHASI VA UNING PEDAGOG SHAXSIDAGI O‘RNI
In this article, the modern education system today considers not only the level of knowledge and professional skills of pedagogical personnel as a relevant criterion, but also their emotional stability, ability to understand themselves, and the ability to effectively organize interpersonal relationships. From this point of view, the emotional intelligence of a future pedagogical personality is an important factor in the formation and management of their motivational sphere. If the emotional intelligence of a pedagogical personality is high, he will have the ability to manage his own motivation, be resilient to difficulties, work in a positive spirit, and also inspire motivation in students.
