This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) education concept and its role in developing creative thinking in students with special educational needs. The study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the STEAM approach, its application opportunities in inclusive education settings, and the pedagogical conditions necessary for fostering creative thinking. The article highlights the positive effects of project-based learning, gamification elements, and the use of digital technologies, emphasizing how these methods enhance self-confidence, motivation, and cognitive development in students with special educational needs. In addition, methodological recommendations for teachers, stages of planning STEAM activities, and practical guidelines for integrating STEAM into the learning process are presented.
