The plant Datisca cannabina L. is rich in natural biologically active metabolites, among which flavonoids are quantitatively dominant. Therefore, in this work flavonoids were isolated from the Datisca cannabina L., that is a member of the Datiscaceae family and growing in the flora of Uzbekistan, their structure was identified using physical research methods as well as the antibacterial and antifungal activity of the sum of flavonoids was evaluated. Flavonoids such as galangin, kaempferol, quercetin, datiscetine, and rutin were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction. Their antibacterial and antifungal activity was studied using the modified agar-agar diffusion method.
