KARBON NUQTALAR ASOSIDA Hg (II) IONLARINI ANIQLASH: SINTEZ, LYUMINESENTSIYA VA INFRA-QIZIL SPEKTROSKOPIK TAHLIL
This study investigates the sensitivity of carbon dots synthesized from chitosan and dithizone toward mercury ions (Hg²⁺) using luminescence and infrared (IR) spectroscopic methods. The synthesized carbon dots exhibited strong fluorescence properties and the ability to form stable complexes with Hg²⁺ ions. A decrease in luminescence intensity confirmed their analytical sensitivity and selectivity toward mercury ions. Shifts observed in the IR spectra of functional group vibrations provided spectroscopic evidence of complex formation between the carbon dots and mercury ions.
