This study presents a comparative microbiological analysis of wastewater samples collected from three different sources: a brewery, a poultry farm, and an irrigation canal. Bacterial species were isolated and identified, including both opportunistic and potentially pathogenic strains. The most frequently encountered genera were Staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Citrobacter, and Stenotrophomonas. These findings form the basis for further evaluation of the effectiveness of biological treatment using micro- and macroalgae.
