Ushbu tadqiqotda uch xil manbadan - pivo zavodi, parrandachilik fabrikasi va ariq (sug‘oriladigan kanal) - olingan oqava suv namunalarining mikrobiologik tahlili amalga oshirildi. Tadqiqot davomida shartli patogen va potentsial xavfli bakteriya shtammlari ajratib olindi va aniqlashtirildi. Eng ko‘p uchragan avlodlar Staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Citrobacter va Stenotrophomonas bo‘ldi. Ushbu natijalar mikro va makro suvo‘tlar yordamida biologik tozalash samaradorligini baholash uchun asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
