During the Great Patriotic War, the Uzbek people provided significant material and moral support to frontline soldiers and their families. The state introduced special allowances, payments, and benefits, while local authorities and public organizations actively participated in support measures. The population of the republic contributed food, clothing, and financial resources to meet military needs. Enterprises and cooperatives, through special funds, provided assistance to the families of servicemen. At the same time, issues of employment and social support were addressed. The initiatives in Kashkadarya region demonstrate the scale of these efforts. The wartime experience vividly reflected the social unity and high patriotism of the people.
